Fine Art Prints

Ordering a print

Prints are produced by specialist print labs — partners selected for their quality and material range. Current offerings include metal and canvas prints. The exact materials, finishes, and sizes available depend on the lab fulfilling your order, and are listed on each product page.

Pricing — Every print price includes the personal digital licence for that image, so you also receive the digital file. The total shown in the store is: personal licence + size/material add-on.

Sizes & materials— Available options are listed on each product. If you'd like a size or finish not shown, get in touch and we'll check what can be arranged.

Custom commissions— Not every photograph is listed in the print store. If you see a photo in the galleries that you'd like as a print, click Request this printon the photo page and we'll get back to you.

Production & delivery

Orders are fulfilled directly by the print lab and shipped within South Africato your door. At checkout you'll see which lab is fulfilling your order along with the delivery cost for your province. Production and delivery timelines vary by lab — check the lab's own website for current lead times.

Outside South Africa? International orders are handled individually. Get in touch with the print you're interested in and we'll look into options. Import duties applicable in your country are the buyer's responsibility.

FAQ

Common questions

What file format will I receive?

High-resolution JPEG. The resolution and megapixel count are shown on the photo detail page before you purchase.

How many times can I download my file?

Up to 5 times per purchase. If you reach the limit or have a download issue, email us and we'll sort it out.

Can I use one licence for multiple projects?

Your licence covers the specific use case described. For example, a Commercial licence allows ongoing use across your own commercial projects. It does not allow redistribution or resale to third parties.

Do you offer refunds?

Digital files are delivered immediately so those sales are final — if there's a technical issue we'll resolve it. Prints are made to order, so we can't accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective. See the Purchase Terms for full details.

How long does print delivery take?

It depends on the lab fulfilling your order. Production and shipping times vary — check the lab's website linked at checkout for current lead times.

Who owns the copyright?

The photographer retains all copyright in every case. Purchasing a licence grants you the right to use the image; it does not transfer any ownership.
